Inclusion Statement of ECE-RJ
Unanimously Adopted by the General Board on 8/28/08 Early Childhood Educators of Reform Judaism, ECE-RJ, welcomes a diverse population of educators. As an early childhood education organization affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism, we are committed to actively welcoming all educators whether Jewish or not, and building vibrant, inclusive schools and educational communities within our congregations. We seek to perform the mitzvot of ahavat ger (loving the stranger) and keruv (drawing near all who are far).
