ECE-RJ 25th Anniversary Celebration

2025 ECE-RJ Scholarships- Yom Chadash

Early Childhood Educators of Reform Judaism (ECE-RJ) is accepting applications for financial assistance for conference fees to attend the 2025 Yom Chadash- The New Gathering in Evanston, IL January 22-25, 2025.  Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need and are made possible by The Charles Mansfield Educator Scholarship Fund and the WRJ YES Grant, awarded to ECE-RJ and ARJE for Yom Chadash 2025.

**The same scholarship form is being used for the conference. Current membership is encouraged but not required for 25th Anniversary Celebration attendees.

Meals/Dietary Information

ECE-RJ is committed to creating an inclusive community and values all of our Yom Chadash/25th Anniversary participants. After registering for the 25th Anniversary Celebration, please complete the link provided in the conference registration email.

*All plated meals will be regular/kosher-style. 

Arrival and Departure Information

Programming begins at 5:00 pm Thursday, January 23rd, and ends at 11:30 am Friday, January 24th.

Airport Information

Chicago O’Hare International Airport is approximately 17 miles to/from the hotel.

Chicago Midway International Airport is approximately 25 to/from the hotel.

Hotel Reservations

For security reasons, hotel information will be provided in your 25th Anniversary registration confirmation email once you have registered.

Our group rate starts at $155/night, availability is limited.

Conference Cancellation Policy

• Withdrawal on or before 12/15/24 results in a refund of the full registration fee less an 18% administrative fee.

• Withdrawal between 12/16/2024 and 1/5/25 results in a 50% refund the conference registration fee.

• NO REFUNDS will be issued after 1/5/2025.

Intent to withdraw must be completed through your confirmation email link. To transfer registration to another person (at any date) please contact, Tricia Ginis, Executive Director, at  tginis@ecerj.org.

By registering as a guest for the ECE-RJ 25th Anniversary Celebration, you are agreeing to the following:

AUTHORIZATIONS

• I authorize the use of Participant name and program registration information including but not limited to: Name(s), contact information, and programs in attendance for the purposes of sharing/verifying affiliation with reported ARJE or ECE-RJ affiliation.

• I authorize future communications via mail, email, text and phone for the purposes of transactional communications as well as marketing communications for this and other ARJE or ECE-RJ programs. Please know that we do not sell or market email addresses. If you do not wish to receive further communications from the ARJE or ECE-RJ you will be able to opt out at the time of receipt.

• I authorize the use of Participant name, social media user information, and contact information for purposes of ARJE or ECE-RJ marketing now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity until such time that I choose to unsubscribe.

INDEMNIFICATION

Except with respect to the sole negligence of the URJ and its employees, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the ARJE or ECE-RJ and its employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims, lawsuits, or other legal causes of action, which relate to my participation in ARJE or ECE-RJ events and programs, travel to and from such events and programs, and related activities.
